Princess

Princess is a beautiful 6-year-old Weimaraner with a heart as strong as her spirit. When we first met her, her poor leg was badly broken and, sadly, the vets had to make the difficult decision to amputate. Since then, Princess has shown incredible resilience and has adapted amazingly well to life on three legs.She gets around brilliantly and absolutely loves heading out for her walks. Princess is very friendly and loving with people, and she’s also wonderfully well behaved. Considering everything she’s been through, she remains a sweet-natured, gentle girl who just wants to enjoy life and be part of a family again.We’re looking for a dog-free home for Princess while she continues her recovery. She’ll need a family who are prepared for the time, effort (and possibly expenses) involved in helping her get back to full fitness, so she can enjoy the rest of her days in comfort and happiness.Princess may be able to live with older children who understand that she is still healing and needs t...
