Meet sweet Rex!Rex came to us with a history of being a loving boy who adored sofa snuggles. He also enjoyed friendly play with calm dogs, though he could feel a bit shy around louder, pushier ones. He does have a worried side to him around new people and more boisterous dogs.When Rex first arrived here at Battersea, he was a little worried and overwhelmed, taking quite some time to come out of his shell and bond with his handlers. But with time and patience he’s blossomed into an affectionate, loyal companion who loves a fuss from those he trusts. He can still be sensitive to handling at times, and can keep his cards close to his chest initially when meeting new people, so he’ll need owners who can go at his pace and continue his training around vet visits, as well as letting him make friends in his own time.
