Rocky

Rocky is a Boxer X Staffy born approx April 2019. Rocky has come to us because his previous owner wasn’t able to give him the time that he needs. Rocky only has one eye because his Mum damaged it when he was a puppy and he had to have it removed. This does not affect him at all and he sees fine with his other eye. Rocky is a super boy and loves people. He doesn’t seem to have had much training so we are currently working with him on his manners. He does know sit. He loves his treats but is sometimes a bit snatchy taking them which might in part be because of his sight. Giving them on the flat of your hand is best. He will gradually learn to take them nicely. Rocky enjoys being outside and likes to run around but he doesn’t seem to know how to play so it is something else that we are teaching him. Rocky is a big strong boy but does walk reasonably well when out. We would recommend a harness for him. He is a super boy with a lovely nature and will come into his own once settled with a pe...
