Hello my name is Shep. I have been around for 6 years but sadly spent most of this time chained up outdoors, then my owner decided he didn't want me around at all so he sent me to a nearby rescue where i spent my days free of a chain and mixing with female dogs but nobody that came to visit wanted me so I'm now living in a recue that is just for collies.Although I enjoy my time here having plenty of fuss, playing ball and going for long walks I would really like a home of my own. I did go to live with a lady for a week and whilst I was very good indoors, apart from emptying the bin she struggled to walk me as I do sometimes stalk and lunge towards other dogs and traffic and on one occasion when two dogs were peering at me over a wall I slipped my collar and jumped over to them, we did have a bit of an altercation but non of us were injured. I also spent 11 days in another home where i was very well behaved and happily met other people and even a couple of other dogs but then one mornin...
