Are you right for Silas?Silas is a gentle 5-year-old who arrived at the centre very shut down and unsure of the world. He can be worried when meeting new people, but with patience and several introductions he begins to show his sweet side. Silas can live with children aged 11+ who can respect his space and avoid overwhelming him as he settles in. He has a moderate energy level and enjoys exploring new places once he feels comfortable and secure. He can be left for a few hours, but this will need to be built up gradually as his confidence grows.
