Description
Slim Jim has come to us because his previous owner works away a lot and also is no longer strong enough to handle him owing to declining health. Jim has been used as a working dog. He has lived outside in a kennel which he shared with another dog. Slim Jim is currently being cared for in one of our foster homes but came to vist us to have his photos and video done. Because of his background Slim Jim is constantly alert and is always scanning his surroundings. For this reason he will need a very secure garden and will always have to be walked on a lead. He is a handsome, friendly boy who knows all his basic manners. He is extremely affectionate and loves to be stroked. He likes to lean against your legs and have ear rubs. Slim Jim loves treats and takes them gently. He will steal them if you leave them laying around and if he knows you have some in your pocket he will give you a nudge.
