He comes from a pedigree line and has not known hardship, but that doesn’t make him any less deserving of a home.He was homed in Spain to a pet home as he didn’t quite make the grade for showing, but sadly is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. He is a fine example of a Podenco Ibicenco (Ibizan Hound) and is very polite and incredibly well behaved in the home. He can still be a little aloof with strangers the first time he meets them but that is very common even in pedigree Ibizans and is often reflected in breed information that you can find online. In time he does warm up and you can start to see the bond deepen and his confidence start to grow. He gets on well with other dogs of all breeds and has very few requirements in terms of a home as he is a versatile boy. He’s currently living in the UK with three female dogs but has previously lived with 2 male dogs. He does need an active home as he has been used to very long daily walks in the Spanish countryside.
