Arlo

Arlo is a young pup with the softest heart and the most beautiful journey of resilience. Rescued from a Romanian kill shelter, he arrived at the rescue completely shut down and unsure of the world around him. With patience, kindness, and consistency from staff and volunteers, Arlo slowly began to trust again—taking over a week before he felt safe enough to head out on his first walk. That moment marked the beginning of a wonderful transformation.Today, Arlo is a fun-loving, playful boy who absolutely thrives in the company of other dogs. He truly comes out of his shell when he has a canine friend by his side and would love to live with another dog in his forever home. He has shown no interest in the resident cats, making him a great candidate for a multi-pet household.While Arlo is still not the most confident boy, he has endless potential to flourish in a calm, loving home that allows him to continue building his confidence at his own pace.
