Ava

Due to family medical issues, Ava is looking for her new forever home (through absolutely no fault of her own). She is a sweet and loving female Shepherd mix, approx. 2 years old. Her favourite things are playing and belly rubs. She loves playing ball and shredding stuffies. Her belly is her weak spot... start rubbing her belly and she instantly stops doing anything and just melts into bliss. Ava was formerly known as Ginger whilst she was with us and has been happily living with her family and will hopefully continue to do so until a new home is found to avoid her having to come back into kennels. She loves people and other dogs. She has shown no signs of any aggression or guarding. So if you're looking for a guard dog, she is not it! She is more likely to flop down and demand belly rubs than to offer protection She can be both a gentle player and a wrestler. She adjusts her play style to who ever she is playing with. She can be mouthy when playing, she does not bite or leave marks, ...
