AVA - OVER 1000 DAYS IN KENNELSOur beautiful Ava is our third dog desperate for a home…. She is 6 years old and has spent most of her life in rescue. She need a very special home and a lot of love, patience and understanding.Ava has been returned three times now. She was adopted as a 4 month old puppy and returned 2 years later. After a long stay with us she found her second home and settled in perfectly but a relationship break down brought her back to us again. She went home for a third time but sadly was returned just over a week later.Once she goes home she will need time (months!! Not days) to decompress and things will need to be taken slowly at her own pace. Ava takes a long time to build a strong bond with any human and will need slow introductions to new people. She usually takes to women faster than men.Once you have gained her trust and built that bond, Ava is very loving, super affectionate and attentive girl.
