Babs

Babs has only just come into our care from another rescue. She is a very sweet girl who’s had a terrible start to her life. She is a small Basset and at the moment is overwhelmed. She is very shy so we will let her decompress but would love to find her a home. She may well not have lived in a home before she will need time to settle and to learn to relax, trust and bond with a new owner. She’s come in with Berni another Basset Hound. She seems good around other dogs. Never been around cats or small furries but we don’t think she would be bothered living with dog savvy cats. Could possibly live with kids over 10 years old who are quiet but preferably would suit a quieter household and may benefit from a companion who is confident and can show her the ropes. She is likely never to have had a lead on so will be learning this once she settles and will need ongoing training. She is clean in her kennel.
