Are you right for Bailey? Bailey is a sweet little chap who can be a little worried when he first meets you or finds himself in a new situation. Give him a little time, patience and reassurance, though, and you’ll soon see his lovely personality shine through. He could live happily with another small, calm and friendly dog, provided introductions are done carefully and he has plenty of space of his own. It’s important that he has a quiet, safe place to retreat to whenever he feels worried or simply wants some peace and quiet. Bailey could share his home with upper secondary aged children. Bailey will also need any time being left alone to be built up gradually, starting with very short periods and slowly increasing as he becomes comfortable. His new family will need to be patient and understanding while he learns that being left alone is nothing to worry about. Will need a refresher in housetraining in his new home.
