Meet our gorgeous Barney! Barney has been on quite a journey since arriving with us. When Barney first came into us, he was extremely fearful and timid. He would hide at the back of his kennel and growl if anyone approached him. It was clear that he was frightened and needed time to understand that he was safe. Over the past couple of weeks, Barney has slowly started to come our of his shell, and what a difference it has made! He is now showing us what a sweet, friendly and loving boy he really is. Once Barney gets to know and trust you, his lovely personality begins to shine through. Barney enjoys his walks and loves getting out and about exploring. He walks nicely on his lead and would happily enjoy long walks with his new family. Because of his nervous nature, Barney will need a quiet, calm home with someone who understands that trust takes time.
