Description
Bella is a beautiful 5 year old Akita who recently came into our care and has stolen the hearts of the dog staff. Although very nervous at the start, through building trust, Bella came round to us all at her own pace and has shown her loving and playful side and she has began to meet and enjoy spending time with volunteers as well. Bella can sometimes be fussy when and where she walks but generally she loves her adventures out and about, while she is not a big fan of other dogs she will happily walk past them when given enough space and very inquisitive when cyclists go past her. Though she has warmed up to all the staff and volunteers she can still get a bit nervous of certain strangers. Bella will be looking for a either quiet adult only home or a home with older children (16+) where she will be given the time to settle and build a bond with her new owners and a home where she is the only pet.
