Bert is a young, lively boy bursting with energy and personality. True to his nickname, he’s incredibly playful and bouncy, and now all he really wants to do is play—especially when he sees other dogs! He would really benefit from continued training and social bonding to help him manage his excitement and build his confidence. Bert can be strong on the lead and does pull, but he’s improving well with a head collar and just needs someone willing to continue his training. He can also be quite vocal and will bark when he spots other dogs, but with patience and consistency, this can be worked on.
