Hello Everyone. My name is Betsy. I’m an 8‑year‑old Patterdale cross looking for a very special home.I’m a sensitive little soul who needs an adult‑only environment with no visiting children, as I find young humans a bit overwhelming.I’d love a home where life is calm and predictable, with a low visitor load. New people worry me, and I need time and patience to build trust. I’ll likely need a few meets quite close together before I feel comfortable enough to show you who I really am — but once I bond, I’m affectionate, loyal, and love being close to my person.I do have a prey drive, so I can’t live with small furries or fluffy pets. But I’d be very happy to have dog‑walking friends to share adventures with out and about. I adore exploring, sniffing, and going on little adventures in nature.I’m used to being left for around 2 hours, and with gentle, gradual practice once I’m settled, I can build up from there.
