He is a typical terrier so thinks and moves at 100mph, he needs lots of stimulation and exciting walks. He lacks self-control around other dogs and would benefit from socialising and learning some general manners. On walks he has some fear issues around vehicles, he would like a nice traffic free place to walk while he learns that it's not so scary.
