Biscuit

Biscuit is a gorgeous five-year-old Lurcher who came to us as an unclaimed stray and has somehow been waiting over three years for the right home to come along. If you're reading this, maybe that's you. There's a lot to love about this boy. He has a gentle nature and absolutely thrives on one-to-one time with the people he trusts, our volunteers love to spend time with him. He walks beautifully on the lead, loves to stretch his long legs with a good sprint in an open field, and then happily winds down with a well-earned snooze. And if there's water nearby? Biscuit is already in it. Swimming is his favourite hobby! Biscuit gets on well with other dogs when introduced carefully and calmly, and he'd suit a fairly active household with older children. He does need to be the only pet, cats and small animals aren't for him, and he prefers to eat in peace, so a home where mealtimes are calm and unhurried will suit him well.
