He came into our care alongside Rocky, another Chihuahua he previously lived with, after a change in their owner’s circumstances meant their needs could no longer be met. The pair went straight into foster care together, where they initially settled well. However, as they became more comfortable in their new surroundings, it became clear that their personalities were actually very different.
