Time in Foster: ~ 2.5 weeks Vibe: 100% Lovebug, 0% Personal Space ​ The Lowdown on Charlie ​Charlie is a big, handsome, goofy bundle of love who has settled into foster care like he’s lived here his whole life. If you’ve been looking for a dedicated shadow, congratulations—you just found him! ​Personality & Quirks ​Certified Velcro Dog: Charlie believes that if you are sitting on the settee or lying in bed, there should be a Labrador on top of (or right next to) you. He’s cuddly, sweet, and incredibly affectionate. ​A Total Ladies’ Man: Charlie makes no secret of his preferences—he loves the womenfolk!
