Chief

As you’d expect from the Chief, he is one cool customer. A tall boy but full of friendly happy vibes, and easy to walk without much pulling. We’ve been putting him through his paces, seeing how he reacts to busy places, lots of people, noise, dogs and he’s remained confident and well behaved. He’s shown a little excitement with other dogs, but other than one occasion, no overt reactivity, more of curiosity.To help prepare Chief for his next big adventure, he recently spent the weekend with one of our volunteers to introduce him to home life. He continued his charm offensive and received a glowing report – a very affectionate, friendly boy who was a pleasure to look after. He coped well in the home, toileting outside and soon getting used to everyday noises such as the TV, (the vacuum may need a little more practice!).
