Coco is a sweet, gentle 10-year-old lurcher girl who has come back into our care due to owner ill-health, having spent the last few years as a much loved companion. Coco is very laid back, well-behaved and easy to live with – other than a space on the sofa, she doesn’t ask for much! She is affectionate but undemanding, and loves sunbathing in the garden and going for gentle walks (she’s all about the sniffs!). She walks beautifully on-lead and travels really well in the car. She has been used to spending a few hours at a time on her own at home. Coco is wary of other dogs, and tends to give them a wide berth on a walk. She may bark a warning if she feels threatened, but this happens very rarely; she is not looking for confrontation and is not difficult to manage at all. She would prefer not to share her home with another dog, but would be happy to have polite walking companions.
