Damon

Damon is an absolute sweetheart who can be a little timid at first, but loves human attention when he gets to know you. He was brought into the Centre as a stray, so we don’t know anything about his past – he just needs a new place to call home! When he first arrived, he was a little bewildered at his unfamiliar surroundings, but is now ready to find his new home with an experienced terrier owner who can give him the care, love and attention he craves. He can become over stimulated at times and is sensitive to sounds such as the hoover, so this behaviour will need to be managed over time. Damon likes to play with other dogs, so we think that he would enjoy sharing his new home with another playful dog, but would also be fine as the only dog in the home as long as he isn’t left on his own for too long. He is still a young dog and does like to be around people so would need someone who is home quite a bit of the day and will gradually introduce him to being left on his own for short peri...
