Diego is now on foster in his potential forever home, wish hm luck! Diego is looking for an adult-only home and would like the be the only pet in the home. Diego is a lovely lad who sadly finds the world quite an overwhelming place! He is very worried by strangers and other dogs, once he is comfortable with you – he really relies on his humans for comfort and reassurance. As he is such a nervous boy, this does come out as reactivity when he is feeling overwhelmed and so he needs experienced and confident owners who can provide him with ongoing support and training to help him be able to manage his fears more appropriately. He will need a calm and quiet home, with walks in quiet areas / at quiet times of day whilst he is building his confidence and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. He is still such a young boy who sadly doesn’t appear to have the socialisation he should’ve had in his early days. He is very easily overstimulated and can still show some puppy behaviours, s...
