It does take some time to earn his trust, but he’s very food motivated so after a few sensible introductions he will accept you as his best friend.Once Elton knows you he is incredibly loyal and will give you the most amazing welcome!He is a playful, entertaining boy who really thrives off human company.He will sit and give you ‘paws up’ and loves nothing more than playing with toys.Walks are also another firm favourite of his.Elton is selective with other dogs, although he has a group of friends here that he lives with he can display reactivity to some, particularly if he is on a lead as he feels trapped and panics.We are working hard to help him cope with this but believe he will make the most progress in a calm environment with an experienced owner. Elton mixes better with female dogs and may be able to live with a compatible dog but he cannot live with cats.He is a bright boy who is keen to learn and muzzle trained, so steps can be put in place to keep him safe during training.We a...
