When Gazelle first arrived with us, she was a little under-confident. With patience, treats, and toys, she has really settled into herself and has shown she will make a wonderful companion in a family home. She has spent time with our dedicated foster carer and has proven herself to be house trained and a delightful house guest.Gazelle can still feel a little worried in some circumstances, so she would suit a home where any children are aged 10 and over. She loves her walks and would thrive with an active family who can keep her sharp mind engaged with new adventures and ongoing training.Gazelle recently had surgery on her leg and is recovering well. New adopters should be mindful that walks will need to be gradually built up in quiet locations as she continues to regain strength.We have introduced her to other dogs and found that if the other dog gives her space initially, she gains confidence and can happily walk alongside them.
