Hocus is the sweetest girl with a heart full of love, despite not having the easiest start in life.Because she didn’t have much exposure to the outside world when she was younger, new experiences can still feel a little overwhelming for her. But with patience and gentle support, she’s blossoming more every day.During her training sessions, our team discovered that Hocus is deaf. Once we realised this, we switched to using clear hand signals — and she’s been amazing at picking them up. She’s clever, eager to learn, and so proud of herself when she gets things right.Because she can still be a bit nervous at times, we feel Hocus would be happiest in a home with older, dog‑savvy children who can understand her needs and give her space when she needs it. She could also live with another friendly dog, as long as introductions at the centre go well.Hocus is ready for a family who will offer patience, kindness, and lots of love — and in return, she’ll be the most loyal and gentle companion.App...
