Holiday

Holiday originally came to us from a breeder. She was adopted and found a lovely home, but sadly it wasn't the right match for her as the resident dog wouldn't accept her, so she came back into our care. Holiday has since moved to a foster home where she is settling beautifully and continuing to learn all about life in a home.Holiday is a very sensitive girl who had very little socialisation before coming into our care. When she first returned to us, she found people incredibly worrying and was very hand-shy. Her first instinct was always to run away, and she wasn't comfortable being picked up or handled. If she felt pushed beyond her comfort zone, she could react by nipping out of fear, and she did nip her previous adopter once when she became overwhelmed during handling.Holiday will still be looking for a calm, quiet, adult-only home with no visiting children. She will need adopters who understand the needs of scared ex-breeding dogs and who are happy to let her settle at her own pac...
