Huey

Huey has just come into our care. He’s not had a great life previously and can be nervous of new situations. He’s not too good on lead at the moment but slowly getting used to it. He will need some training. He’s about cocker spaniel size. He’s very hand shy and will take a lot of time to bond with you he will take some time to get used to new people stroking him. His coat isn’t in the best condition and will need to go to the groomer once he has grown in confidence. When Huey is ready to be homed he will need an understanding home to allow him time to settle and trust and he will need a confident resident dog to help support him - he will make someone a great companion in time. He’s not been around other animals apart from dogs so a home without other animals inc cats would be best for him. NO CHILDREN More details as we get to know this young lad from his foster home.
