Hugo is a lovable boy who is looking for a patient and understanding home to help him continue building his confidence. Once he feels comfortable, Hugo is incredibly friendly and affectionate, enjoying nothing more than relaxing beside his carers and soaking up attention. He loves fuss and physical contact when settled, showing his softer side to those he trusts.Hugo is an active and playful dog who really enjoys engaging with toys. Soft toys are a particular favourite of his, and he will often use them as a way to comfort himself when he is feeling unsure or overwhelmed.On walks, Hugo can be a strong boy on the lead and at present, he is not yet confident enough for structured walks in busy public spaces on his own and benefits greatly from having another dog alongside him for reassurance and confidence.
