Jake

This super handsome, black and tan, seven month old beautiful boy has been with me in foster for six weeks. Jake is quite a large puppy ( mum is Freya) and has all the normal puppy traits and will need the usual puppy training and we strongly advise training classes for him and your family. He will also need ongoing toilet training, he’s nearly there but I still put down puppy pads overnight. He asks to go out by waiting at the back door so you just have to be aware. He’s a very smart dog, he picked up ‘Sit’ for his food in less than a day. Loves treats so I think he will be easily trained. He’s started to respond to his name and has learnt the ‘off’ command, he’s still a bit of a counter surfer but gets down immediately when told. He follows me everywhere, loves to curl up for a snuggle on the sofa. He also has access to a crate and sometimes takes himself in there for a snooze.
