Are you right for Joe?Joe is an 8-year-old terrier who came to us as a stray, so he may need a little help refreshing his basic training, including housetraining and getting comfortable with being left alone for short periods. He can be a bit nervous when he first meets new people, but with a little patience he soon warms up and shows his true personality.Once settled, Joe is a very playful boy who absolutely loves a cuddle and enjoys spending time close to his people. He likes his walks and is a big fan of stopping to sniff and explore the world around him.Joe could live with children aged 8 and over who understand how to give him space when he needs it. He is still being assessed around other dogs, so we’ll be able to give more guidance on that soon.Joe would make a lovely companion for someone willing to give him a bit of reassurance, routine, and plenty of affection in return.
