Kane

Kane is an older boy who is looking for a family that can give him lots of love and attention for his retirement years. He is a real gentle giant who loves a bum scratch, treats and having a little walk. Even though he’s older, Kane can be strong when he wants to go in a certain direction or to chase a squirrel so will need someone able to hold him. Kane would like a quieter home, with access to walks away from other dogs, or a big enough garden that he can run and play in. Kane will need a home with adults only and no other pets. Kane has not had much previous training despite being older, so he doesn’t know our usual basic cues – he is learning though and with the use of some tasty treats he is enjoying learning new things. Kane does have some ongoing medical issues with his legs and may need to be on long term medication to manage some pain so his future adopters must be aware of this.
