Lacuna

Lacuna is a very sweet but shy girl who came to the centre via an inspector after her needs were not getting met. When Lacuna first arrived at the centre she was extremely underweight and completely shut down as if she has almost given up. She was so nervous as she just did not know what to expect, she was a broken soul who needed lots of TLC and patience, slowly over the first few weeks she began to realise that she no longer needed to worry where her next feed was coming from. She learnt to trust again and realised life is worth living and that not all humans are bad. Lacuna is a stunning, gentle GSD who is currently looking for a special kind of forever family. She is a naturally timid dog who has had a rough start in life, meaning change and loud environments can make her nervous. Because of this, Lacuna prefers to play "hard to get" at first.
