Lenny

Lenny is a confident, playful and affectionate boy. He loves his walks, enjoys the company of other dogs, and is always happy to greet anyone who will say hello.Unfortunately, Lenny had to have his front leg amputated due to a previous injury and infection. Now pain-free and without discomfort, he is showing us just how well he can get around on three legs. It certainly doesn’t slow him down, his tail is always wagging and he loves to play with his toys and spend time with people.As Lenny came into our care as a stray, we have no background information on him. Ongoing training will be needed in all areas, including housetraining. He does pull slightly on the lead and is a very sociable dog, so continued guidance will help him develop good manners.Lenny is looking for an active home with an owner who has some experience with high-energy breeds. He would benefit from someone being at home most of the time, especially while he is settling in and continuing his training.
