Lenton

Lovable Lenton is a very special little dog who has been in our care since February 2025. He initially appeared to be a friendly, affectionate and sociable boy, but as we got to know him better, some more complex behavioural needs became apparent. Lenton has spent an extended period with us being carefully assessed and supported by our behaviour team, and he is now doing wonderfully in foster. Lenton is an incredibly affectionate and people-oriented boy who loves nothing more than being close to his person. His foster mum describes him as a complete cuddle bug who loves belly rubs, sitting on your lap and snuggling up on the sofa. He is housetrained, non-destructive, enjoys his walks and loves exploring the world around him. He has made fantastic progress with his confidence, lead walking, crate training and muzzle training, and when he is calm and settled, he is a joy to have around. He has shown us just how loving and devoted he can be, forming incredibly strong bonds with the people...
