Leo is a handsome boy with a big personality and lots of potential. He is a sweet, affectionate and loving dog who enjoys a fuss and forms strong bonds with the people he trusts. Leo has spent some time in foster, where he has really shown what a wonderful companion he can be. He enjoys being part of a home environment and, once he feels comfortable, is a lovely, affectionate boy who loves spending time with his people. Leo can still be nervous around men and is sensitive to certain movements, particularly if something is moved over his head. He is also reactive to a sweeping brush being used around him, suggesting he may have had some difficult experiences in the past. When he feels worried or defensive, he has snapped, so he needs an experienced owner who can recognise when he is becoming uncomfortable and give him the space and reassurance he needs.
