Luka (was Lucky)

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This scarred face belongs to a sweet, affectionate and loyal partially sighted senior. Energetic for his years (born c.2015), and strong for his size (c.18kg), Luka’s Devon foster family say he’s very intelligent, quick to learn, sensitive, and very polite. Luka is blind in one eye and has poor vision in the other - not that anyone would know! Luka’s past life was on the end of a chain in Bosnia; out in all weathers, attacked by other dogs. His owner had plans to dump him in the woods, but luckily our rescuer intervened. Luka gets on perfectly with the 11 other resident dogs in his Devon farm foster home. He has previously lived with a cat but recently attempted to chase one of the farm cats, so we would like to do further assessment if he is to live with cat(s).
