Mabel

Meet Mabel! Mabel was very nervous and unsure when she first came into us but with lots of time and TLC she has come around and shown the staff what a sweet girl she is. She loves a fuss and lots of strokes. She is a particular favourite of some of our volunteers as she is such a sweet girl and will sit nicely and give paw for her treats. She can be quite vocal in her kennel but once she is out she soon settles down. When she is off lead in our compound she always chooses human attention over playing with toys. Mabel will need a quiet home with someone experienced with nervous large breed dogs where she can take her time gaining her confidence and getting used to new people/surroundings. She does know her basic commands and would benefit greatly from ongoing training and socialisation. Mabel will need a private secure garden.Mabel has interacted with other dogs whilst in our care but is very nervous and unsure around them so we feel she would be best rehomed as the only dog in the home...
