Max is a handsome young lad who came to us for rehoming through no fault of his own – his owner left him behind with an ex-partner, who then couldn’t cope with him and was leaving him crated for up to 18hrs a day!! He wasn’t being walked, so when Max got out of his cage… he would be bored and start to get up to mischief..Max is a really sweet boy! He loves people, and so far has been very friendly and affectionate with everybody who he meets. He has lived with older children, and could possibly go to a home with older children again who can get involved with his care. He was impeccably behaved for his much needed bath and claw clip here at the shelter too!Whilst with us, Max has shown no signs of being a problem around other dogs – whilst he has never shared a home, or been off lead with another dog; he’s not vocal but will pull towards other dogs when passing on his walks, He’s soon started to enjoy regular walks, and now really looks forward to his off lead time in our exercise compo...
