Missy & Poppy

Missy and Poppy are now looking for a home together. They came to us recently after their owner’s circumstances had changed. Here is their foster-mum’s write-up. “I have had these two girls in foster for nearly two weeks now. They have been very easy to look after and have settled well. They do look to each other for confidence, they play together and have ‘mad half hours’ where they chase each other and play fight with no aggression. They are both food motivated which makes training very easy. They initially pull on the lead when starting a walk but soon settle. Missy:- Missy appears the more dominant but is also quite nervous, especially of men. If they are sitting, she’s fine and sits by them for fuss. She just gets anxious when they are standing or walking towards her. Missy had a couple of accidents on the first days but this was when she was left downstairs over night, she now sleeps on the floor in the bedroom and there have been no more accidents.
