Are you right for Nelson?Nelson is a gentle giant who would love to find an adult-only home where he can put his paws up. He’s friendly with all staff here and approaches nicely, but prefers a slower approach from those not in uniform. Nelson will be fine to have older children visit once he’s settled in, but will definitely appreciate the downtime without them around all the time. Nelson can’t live with cats but does have potential to live with other dogs. He can guard food from doggy friends so will need suitable management in place. We’ll help with this if you’re not sure.
