Nugget has come to us because he lived with his previous owner in Hackney, London and Nugget found it very difficult to cope with the noise and stresses of the city. His owner felt that she could no longer cope with him. He is a 2 year old Greyhound X Doberman. (DOB approx August 2021). Nugget is incredibly handsome. Nugget knows all of his basic manners but unfortunately he has been over trained which has resulted in him being a very nervous and anxious boy. He seems scared of getting things wrong. At the moment, Nugget doesn’t seem to know how to play and enjoy himself. We are working hard with him and he is slowly learning that there is more to life than obedience and obeying every command. He is very friendly once he gets to know you. Initially he will bark at you but a simple sit command will enable you to talk to him and put him at ease.
