Opal

Opal is an extremely sweet soul who has come to us from a breeder. She can be a nervous lady when she first meets people, but once she has had some time to relax and get to know you, she will come over for a little sniff and start to show you more of her lovely personality. She is an inquisitive girl who is slowly learning that people can be kind and that she has nothing to be worried about. We think that with some time spent in a loving home, Opal will really begin to find her paws and grow in confidence. She is such a sweet girl and we can imagine her becoming a wonderful companion once she has settled in and realised that she is safe. Her adopters will need to be patient and allow her to approach things at her own pace, celebrating the little steps she makes along the way. Opal can live with older, dog-savvy teenagers aged 16+ who are sensible and understanding of the fact that she will need time to settle in.
