Oscar is a Male Yorkshire Terrier5 Years oldHe is micro chipped, not vaccinated but any potential adopter will be eligible for a voucher from barrk to cover 100% of this cost, not neutered and any potential adopter will be eligible for a voucher to cover 50% of this cost, no experience around cats, never lived with children and we don’t expect him to now, will need access to secure garden, used to having company all day and that will need to continue, he has not had a lot of interaction with other dogs for the past three years & has led a very sheltered life, Oscar gets very excitable around new people when they come to visit, jumping up and seeking attention, his current family have not been in a position to instigate a stable training regime, but when other family members visit Oscar is very attentive and responsive to basic commands, he currently has access to the garden only for his toileting & exercise needs and can be quite vocal when outside & also wants to try and chase/catch b...
