Romney Oscar is a quirky little dude who firmly believes he should rule the world, we don't disagree! He is super friendly on his terms but will let you know with a little grumble when he is satisfied with your affection. True to his breed, he can be very stubborn and is known to roll his eyes at those who try to convince him to do something other than what he wants. He is not keen on being groomed and will need patience around this. Oscar still loves his walks, although insists on sniffing each blade of grass so would suit someone who prefers admiring the view, rather than hiking or running. Oscar is such a character that he is very much loved by the staff and volunteers here, we would love to see him living his full life once again.
