Hello, I’m Otis! I’m a gorgeous collie puppy, around four months old, with a big enthusiasm for life and absolutely no understanding of personal space. If you’re looking for a little best friend to make you smile, keep you busy and occasionally rearrange your houseplants, I might just be your boy!I’m having a lovely time in my foster home, where I’m learning all about being part of a family. There’s so much to discover when you’re little! I love meeting people and get very excited when someone stops to say hello.
