Owen

Owen’s story began in heartbreaking circumstances. He was one of several dogs rescued from a home that had become unmanageable for his elderly owner, who was struggling with mental health difficulties. Though never intentionally mistreated, the dogs went without the care and stability they needed. When Owen first arrived, he was underweight, unsure, and clearly hadn’t experienced much handling or socialisation.Since then Owen has found himself in foster where he is learning all about homelife and this handsome boy has made incredible progress. With love, patience, and reassurance, Owen’s confidence has truly blossomed. Once a worried boy, he’s now full of life and joy. He absolutely loves his walks, trotting along happily with his tail wagging.Owen is a big, bouncy lad with the kindest heart. He’s playful, affectionate, and loves spending time with both people and dogs.
