Hi, I'm perfect Patty.I came into the rescue with my friend after our owner sadly passed away. It was a confusing and emotional time, but the kind people here made sure we were safe, cared for, and surrounded by comfort while we found our feet again.I’m a Shih Tzu and I'm around 8 years old. I’m a very sweet, cuddly girl who absolutely loves affection. I enjoy being close to my people, soaking up all the fuss, and having quiet moments where I can feel secure and loved. One thing you should know about me, though, I much prefer not to share the spotlight. I like having my human’s attention all to myself, so I’d be happiest being rehomed on my own, without another dog in the house.I could live with teenage children, as long as they’re kind and respectful, and I’m not sure how I’d feel about cats just yet, that would need to be explored carefully.I may be small, but my heart is full, and I have so much love to give to the right person.
