A home where he can eat in peace and enjoy short strolls on quieter routes would suit him perfectly. Piggy will need patient, compassionate people who are happy to continue his training, particularly with car travel and his slight lead pulling, and who are comfortable helping him with regular ear cleaning. He could happily live with sensible secondary-school-aged children and would enjoy having visitors come round he could play with.
